We process the data you voluntarily enter in the site's contact forms:
- name and surname;
- company (for the business form);
- email address and phone number;
- town, property type, indicative spend or consumption;
- any free-text message.

3. Purposes and legal basis
The data is processed to:
- respond to your requests and provide a site survey or a quote (legal basis: consent and pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR);
- comply with any legal obligations.
Providing the data marked as required is necessary to contact you back: without it we cannot follow up on the request.
4. How we process the data
Data sent via the forms is delivered by email and/or through the form-management service used by the site (Netlify Forms). We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, within the limits set by law.
6. Disclosure and third parties
The data is not disseminated. It may be processed by providers that support us (e.g. hosting, form management, email), appointed as data processors where required.
